At our company, all prerequisite requirements of the BRCGS Packaging Standard are implemented, and measurements are carried out where necessary to monitor compliance. According to the cultural plan prepared to enhance product safety culture, positive cultural changes are targeted. Actions and developmental activities planned for communication, training, and positive behavioral changes are reviewed annually.

Our senior management team is fully committed to implementing the requirements of the BRCGS Packaging Standard and to supporting processes that facilitate continuous improvement of product safety, quality management, and the culture of safety and quality within our facility.

In our Quality and Food Safety Management System, all previously identified potential hazards and control points are monitored and secured through documented procedures and measurements. Our HACCP system is reviewed and controlled by our Product Safety Team, which is trained and experienced in the field. We affirm that each department within our company is responsible for ensuring product safety and that our products will not be marketed with the BRCGS logo.

By following technological developments, we aim to produce safe, hygienic, and high-quality products on time and correctly the first time, operating within a customer-oriented system that complies with national/international standards and legal requirements.

Our organization plans and implements the necessary training to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of its personnel.

All our employees actively participate in the implementation of our Quality and Product Safety Policy and work in cooperation with management to ensure that our final products align with our policy.

Our company provides the necessary human and financial resources to ensure the effective implementation of the Quality and Product Safety System and the continued compliance with BRCGS Standard requirements.

We act with environmental awareness while conducting our activities. We fulfill all our legal obligations towards our employees.
