Nurpet Ambalaj A.Ş. is a company committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, prioritizing customer health with high-quality products, maintaining a customer-focused approach, emphasizing internal training to ensure staff participation, and striving for continuous improvement and development.

In our organization, all prerequisites of the BRCGS Packaging Standard are implemented, and measurements are carried out at necessary points to monitor and ensure compliance.

In our Quality and Food Safety Management System, all identified potential hazards and control points are monitored through documented procedures and measurements to ensure safety. Our HACCP system is reviewed and controlled by our Product Safety Team, which is trained and experienced in this area. Every department within our company is responsible for ensuring food safety.

We are committed to producing healthy and high-quality products by continuously improving our products, processes, and operations in accordance with national and international regulations and customer demands. We also commit to updating and integrating product safety-related information throughout the supply chain and ensuring that these products will not be sold under the BRCGS logo.

To enhance the culture of product safety within our company, a Product Safety Culture Plan is in place. This plan includes measures and activities aimed at achieving positive cultural change each year. It focuses on clear and transparent communication, training, feedback from employees, required behavior changes to improve product safety processes, and performance measurement.

By leveraging technology, we aim to produce safe, hygienic, and high-quality products correctly the first time and on time, adhering to national and international standards and legal requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.

We also plan and implement the necessary training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of our personnel.

All our employees actively participate in the implementation of our Quality and Product Safety Policy, working in collaboration with management to ensure that our final products align with this policy.

Our company provides the human and financial resources necessary to effectively implement the Quality and Product Safety System and maintain compliance with BRCGS Standard requirements.

We conduct our operations with environmental awareness, fulfill all legal obligations to our employees, and adopt merit-based criteria in recruitment, promotion, and transfers.
